Order and Payment
Placing an order is deemed as agreeing to these terms.
The price is subject to the display on the website, and the payment method is subject to the support provided on the page.
The order will take effect after successful payment and cannot be canceled unilaterally. In special cases, please contact customer service.
Shipping and logistics
Delivery time: 1-3 business days (postponed on weekends/holidays).
The shipping fee and delivery time are subject to the information displayed on the checkout page; international shipping does not include customs duties (DDU), and taxes are borne by the recipient.
Logistics delays/losses are subject to the carrier's results. Our store will assist in follow-up but will not be responsible for indirect losses.
Return and exchange
We support returns and exchanges within 7 days of arrival, provided that the product has not been used and the original packaging remains intact.
Quality issue: We will bear the shipping costs; personal reasons: The buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Special/clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Product and responsibility
The product image is for reference only and is subject to the actual product; size/color variations are within normal range.
Our store is only responsible for the selling price of the product and does not bear any compensation beyond the amount of the product.
If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (epidemic, natural disaster, customs detention), both parties shall be exempted from liability.

Prioritize negotiation in case of disputes. If negotiation fails, the laws of the place where the store is registered shall apply.
